Open enrollment is open now through January 31, 2026.

To apply for your child, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the pre-enrollment form

2. Submit current IEP, DSM-V medical diagnosis of autism and any additional relevant documentation

3. Submit Authorization to Release Information between Emerge and

   • Parish which current IEP was completed

   • Child’s Doctor(s) information.
