We are excited to welcome The Emerge School for Autism’s new principal, Yalonda Short. Principal Short is an educator of 10 years who specializes in cultivating learning environments of high expectations, structure and culture.

Principal Short’s teaching philosophy is simple, “There is absolutely nothing more gratifying than watching kids learn and grow both academically and socially. I truly believe that every child can learn in their own way. It is our job as educators to provide the best quality of instruction and foster learning experiences every day.”
